Learning Objectives include:

1.     Review pre-COVID-19 rates of substance use disorders (SUD) and overdose deaths.

2.     Review pre-COVID-19 rates of HIV prevalence and prevention efforts.

3.     Understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the HIV and SUD epidemics.

4.     Understand the unique impact of these three conditions on communities of color, and race’s role in the confluence among the three.
