The Newark EMA HIV Health Services Planning Council is supported by Planning Council Support, which provides technical assistance and serves as program liaison between the Planning Council, community organizations, providers, and Ryan White Parts.

United Way of Greater Union County (UWGUC) houses two staff members who provide this administrative, technical and logistic support to the Planning Council and its various committees.
